Glucosamine, which is a naturally occurring amino sugar found in cartilage, is the essential raw material for the body to manufacture joint cartilage. It plays an important role in making glycosaminoglycans and glycoproteins, which are essential building blocks of many parts of joints, including ligaments, tendons, cartilage and synovial fluid.

Chondroitin, another naturally occurring mucopolysaccharide of cartilage, promotes cartilage production and prevents the production of enzymes that destroy cartilage and draws fluid to the cells & helps lubricate the joints.

Undenatured type II collagen is a patented form of collagen derived from chicken sternum cartilage. Undenatured Type II Collagen also known as Chicken Collagen Type II that works by oral tolerization. This Undenatured type II Collagen contains epitopes that interacts with the peyer’s patch in the small intestine. It prevents the immune system from releasing destructive collagen specific T-cell. This T-cell is responsible for degradation of collagen in the joints. This causes halting the erosion of joint cartilage.

Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Joint pain & inflammation

Orally 1 capsule daily with water or as directed by the physician.

Caution should be taken if patient is allergic to chicken. The safety and effectiveness under the age of 18 years have not been established.

Undenatured Type II Collagen, Glucosamine & Chondroitin are well tolerated in recommended dose. Side effects are rare and some may feel stomach problems.

No studies have evaluated the use of Undenatured Type II Collagen, Glucosamine and Chondroitin during pregnancy or lactation. It should be taken with caution and medical advice during pregnancy and lactation.

There is no known drug interaction with Undenatured type II Collagen, Glucosamine and Chondroitin.
